You follow individual implementation plans, can work independently, and also be a part of the team. Naturally, you are service-oriented and responsible.
Your responsibilities
We are currently seeking a nursing assistant for our team in Lund. The primary role of a nursing assistant at Abello Home Care involves:
• maintaining a professional approach, meaning you always provide high-quality care and interaction.
• being flexible and focused on development.
• taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• independently working with Implementation Plans and serving as a primary care contact.
• you are the most important link. We operate based on a contact person model where you, working with our clients, should make it easy to get in touch with us, both for the client and their relatives and others around the client.
Your tasks include, among other things, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, assistance with meals, transfers, medication delegation, and establishing implementation plans.
This position involves "evening shifts," which means working evenings and every other weekend.
Your profile
Licensed nursing assistant; please attach your protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare with your application.
Driver's license B is required, but it is also beneficial if you can cycle.
Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.
Salary
We have a collective agreement and individual salary setting.
