Job Responsibilities:
- Support clients in their daily lives, in accordance with the social services administrator's decisions.
- Provide support and companionship, and contribute to creating a meaningful day-to-day experience.
- Use our digital planning system to schedule client interventions.
- Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
- Through our contact person system, you'll have special responsibility for some clients, helping to create and follow up implementation plans and manage information transfer.
- Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with other home care groups and healthcare staff to ensure all clients receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with education in healthcare and social care or equivalent experience, and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You should be able to work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great importance on strong collaboration skills. Driving license B is required.
Terms:
Current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Start date 2026-01-01 or by agreement. This is a permanent position. Employment requires presentation of an extract from the criminal record register for residential care facilities (unopened envelope).
