We provide qualified care and support within home care. The role involves working with some of the most rewarding aspects of life - making everyday life meaningful for our care recipients. Being professional is as much about a good approach and understanding the needs and feelings of others as it is about performing care tasks and providing service. You will meet the individual care and service needs of the care recipient in their own home, based on approved assistance according to the Social Services Act. Work is planned and documented in the municipality's data system, Pulsen Combine. It is important that you always interact with care recipients and their relatives in a warm and respectful manner. We apply day/evening/night shifts as well as weekend duties. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with experience working with people. You are responsible, have a clear approach, and can work independently. You need to be confident in yourself and feel comfortable working with individuals who have a significant need for security, continuity, and structure. Your work is characterized by our core values. A nursing assistant education is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other valuable qualities include a sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail. You are flexible and responsible, with the ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and collaboratively with your colleagues. Practical skills will be provided through an introduction.
