For over three hundred years, the Foundation of the Guild's Widow House and Old Men's Home has worked to ensure good care and support for the elderly residents of the capital. We are located centrally in Södermalm. Every day, we perform a cultural duty while evolving to meet the needs of Stockholm's residents over time.

About the job:
We are seeking a versatile and meticulous team player with good communication skills and a genuine interest in working in elderly care. You should be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both in spoken and written form. You are attentive and present, enjoying working both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with a keen sense of intuition who values high-quality service for the guests in the residential care facility. We offer substantial development opportunities for Nurse Assistants within the care residence. This position involves work on the somatic department.
Job responsibilities: We are looking for someone who wishes to work daytime/evening/every other weekend. The job includes typical Nurse Assistant tasks such as caregiving, documentation, medication distribution, providing excellent service to the guests in the residence, and being a good colleague. We implement vacation periods during the summer.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Prior experience in elderly care.
- Experience in service professions is advantageous.
- Previous experience in areas of responsibility within care: e.g., key worker, hygiene, and palliative advocacy.
