Nyckeln Hemtjänst AB is a private company that offers professional home care services in Salem and Botkyrka municipalities. We are currently seeking dedicated employees to strengthen our team of permanent staff and provide our customers with safe and personalized care in their daily lives.
Nyckeln Hemtjänst offers its customers:

• Accompaniment and respite services
We also offer services eligible for RUT deductions, such as cleaning, laundry, window washing, and cooking. Our services are always tailored to each customer's wishes to create security, continuity, and respect for individual lifestyles and cultural backgrounds. We actively work to improve conditions for our employees.
We are now looking for qualified nursing assistants to join our team. Nyckeln Hemtjänst currently has around 50 employees, and we are seeking more nursing assistants for full-time positions to continue providing well-planned and secure care and services. We prioritize our employees' health and offer, among other things, wellness activities for one hour a week during work hours. Our services are based out of our office in Fittja, and you will work on a rotating schedule depending on language and needs. Morning and evening shifts, as well as two weekends a month.
As a nursing assistant at Nyckeln Hemtjänst, you will, among other tasks:
• Maintain social documentation
• Provide personal care
• Prepare meals
• Walk or shop with the customer or shop alone
• Offer companionship and social interaction
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Perform cleaning and other household chores
• Provide social support
Desired Profile: We are looking for someone who has:
• Completed training as a nursing assistant
• A valid B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience working with the elderly
We are looking for someone who is:
Professional, attentive, empathetic, and has a respectful approach. You want to work full-time and become a permanent employee. You are honest and communicative to ensure good collaboration with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently and in a team, and you are able to operate an electric scooter and a car.
It is an advantage if you have:
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses)
• Nursing assistant certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Knowledge of other languages, preferably Finnish or Cantonese

Working hours: Rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts, as well as two weekends a month
Location: Botkyrka
Employment type: Permanent position with a standard 6-month probationary period.
