About the Role and Tasks at Ribbingska
As a nursing assistant at Ribbingska, you will help and support our clients with care work based on their wishes and needs according to approved assistance.
You will assist our clients with personal care, service tasks, and perform medical interventions delegated by nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
The work includes documenting in Lifecare according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. As a nursing assistant, you will develop implementation plans, document, evaluate, and contribute to maintaining high-quality operations. We follow up on quality in national registers such as BPSD, SveDem, and Senior Alert.
You will also be an active part of planning, team, and quality work at Ribbingska.
You will belong to a department but have resource shifts throughout the facility.
We Are Looking for You
Who has a nursing assistant degree. You are confident in your role and have experience working in healthcare with a rehabilitation-oriented approach. We prefer previous experience working in elder care facilities, and experience working with clients with cognitive impairment is meritorious.
You need to be experienced in performing medical tasks through delegation. You should be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and have good computer skills for documentation and creating implementation plans. Knowledge and experience with BPSD and Senior Alert are meritorious.
As a person, you are stable, secure in your role, and have great patience. You have a professional approach, are solution-focused and flexible. You work from a person-centered care perspective and have a rehabilitation-oriented approach that encourages clients' own abilities. Your goal is always to create a meaningful daily life for residents at Ribbingska.

About the Workplace
Ribbingska is located in central Lund, close to both train and bus communications. We have 48 apartments divided into two somatic departments and four departments with clients with cognitive impairment. Several professional categories work together to create meaning and security for our elderly. Resident focus and collaboration are important to us, and we strive to offer care with joy and consideration. We have several exciting projects underway, including welfare technology and focus on walks to address residents' anxiety and unease.

Other Details
We are seeking someone interested in a permanent full-time position (100%). Full-time is 36 hours and 20 minutes per week.
