We are around 30 employees with excellent collaboration between different staff categories. We also have a close partnership with the rehabilitation clinic located in our premises. About the Position Your tasks at the healthcare center are diverse, with patients at the center. Work includes independent laboratory tasks such as sample collection and testing, assisting doctors with wound treatment and minor surgeries, and performing routine examinations like blood pressure measurements and ECG tests. Responsibilities may also include wound dressings, suture removal, and managing your own patient reception. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories. Daily tasks include inventory ordering and preparing examination rooms. We use the Asynja Visph medical record system. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervising students will be part of your role. About You • Documented nursing assistant qualification • Previous experience in healthcare centers and venous sampling • Experience with wound dressings, suture removal, blood pressure measurements, and running nursing assistant clinics is advantageous • Supervision training is desirable You'll interact with many patients, so it's crucial that you are accommodating, attentive, and eager to help. Workload varies and can be intense, so the ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible is important.
