We are looking for summer temporary staff for all round-the-clock operations and certain outpatient clinics. Working hours will be scheduled based on agreement and will vary between day, evening, night, weekdays, and weekends. Your Responsibilities As a Nursing Assistant/Pediatric Nurse/Care Assistant/Attendant, you will work in a team around the patient, where you, together with other professionals such as nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, will provide the patient's care and treatment. The work primarily involves close interaction with patients in general care, assessing and performing nursing measures in consultation with a nurse, as well as participating in and supporting the patient in self-care and activities defined in the individual care plan. Depending on the unit you work in, the tasks will vary, focusing on more practical nursing, medical technical tasks, to more communicative, supportive roles for well-being, mental health, and managing symptoms and difficulties in the patient's daily life. Work in emergency care often involves a fast pace and prioritization of tasks depending on the situation. Who Are You? We expect you to be a trained Nursing Assistant/Pediatric Nurse/Care Assistant/Attendant or have equivalent education. Previous experience in emergency care/psychiatric care, as well as practical experience in a specific area of operation, is an advantage. The work requires collaboration, interaction, communication, and flexibility in prioritizing tasks based on the needs of healthcare. It is therefore important that you are confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
