Fålhagen and Innerstaden home care is based at Kungsgatan 41 in Uppsala. Here, we work together to help and support our clients according to their individual needs. You will become part of a competent team where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow. We operate according to the framework-time model, aiming for high quality and continuity for clients, more flexibility, and a better working environment. We place a strong emphasis on quality work. The operation follows a six-week schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. Your Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have varied tasks. You play an important role in direct contact with our clients, providing personal care and service interventions that make a difference in their daily lives. You work every day to deliver good care with great consideration for the individual needs of the clients. You will also perform tasks delegated by licensed personnel and document according to the Social Services Act. Our ambition is for you to develop the operation and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have specialist nursing assistant training or experience working in home care. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to cycle in all weather conditions. The job also requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you see opportunities in change and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. Furthermore, you take initiative and start activities to achieve results. Last but not least, you have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings.
