Workplace The elderly care services in Karlsborg Municipality are primarily based at Haganäset Elderly Home, where all operations are centralized in one location. Our home healthcare services also operate from Haganäset. The current position is within elderly care, located in the Utsikten unit. This unit consists of two wings, each with 9 apartments. The unit was established in its current form on April 1, 2025. Job Responsibilities You will work based on a person-centered care approach and with a rehabilitative mindset. Your mission is to support daily activities related to care, service, and assistance according to the needs of the residents. You should be able to instill a sense of security, provide excellent care, and perform health care tasks as delegated. Your work will include receiving written and verbal information and documenting in the operational system Viva. The position requires work during the day and evening, distributed over both weekdays and weekends. Qualifications You have formal qualifications as a nursing assistant. Experience from previous work in care and assistance is an advantage. You are goal-oriented and can work towards jointly established goals, have a collaborative spirit, and are attentive. After training, you should be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization.
