This may include everything from support and care, nursing, engaging conversations, outdoor activities, walks, activities, and service tasks such as cleaning and laundry, among others. We also expect that you will be able to receive delegation to perform various delegated tasks such as administering medications, giving insulin, performing wound dressings, and executing training programs according to instructions. Delegation will be granted after passing an assessment by the department's nurse. Your work will be based on a person-centered and rehabilitative approach with a focus on the individual's self-determination. You will work in a team with various professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to provide the best possible support to users based on their needs and circumstances. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. We prefer candidates with prior experience in the care and support profession. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and qualifications. As a person, we want you to be meticulous and attentive, considerate of others' needs, and contribute your positive spirit and enthusiasm to the work, as well as having a genuine interest in working with elderly individuals. The desire to add a "golden touch" to everyday life and to engage in activation activities is an important ingredient. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, as effective communication with users and colleagues is essential, along with the ability to understand both verbal and written instructions. Additionally, all staff must be able to perform written documentation in our journal system. A probationary period may be applied. **Conditions** Before employment is possible, the following is required: - We will conduct a citizenship check. Therefore, you need to bring a passport or a national ID card. If you do not have one, we will obtain a personal certificate from the Tax Agency during the interview, for which you will need to have e-identification. The personal certificate will be checked against a valid Swedish ID. - If you are not a citizen of Sweden or another EU/EES country or Switzerland, you need to show that you have a residence and work permit. You also need to have a valid Swedish ID. If you have a control or designation number from the Migration Agency, please bring that as well. - Bring your diplomas and certificates.
