Nurse Assistant

New Employees Wanted. We are a small private home care company that has been operating for a long time in Nacka. We focus on continuity and person-centered care and support. Since spring 2023, we have been Star Rated by the Swedish Dementia Centre, which means our staff has received special training in person-centered care for dementia and that we work according to their taught vision and methods. We must engage in this work every year to maintain our training. We have a capacity limit because we want to remain a small company, as we believe it is important for both our clients and our employees to know each other well. The working method we have chosen is to focus on continuity and person-centered care and support. This provides security for both clients and staff, as they get to know each other, and clients have their contact person with a dedicated work phone for easier communication. We operate according to the methods we have learned through the Star Rated training. Competence is important to us, and we strive to have as high a proportion of trained nursing assistants as possible. We offer our staff various internal training sessions and online courses, including CPR, communication, lifting techniques, and much more, to ensure we feel confident and updated in our work. We have a collective agreement for our employees through Kommunal. We are currently looking for: 2 individuals who can work evenings with a rotating two-week schedule. & 2 individuals who can work daytime and every other weekend.
