JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking new colleagues for our team at Skålmogården. As a nursing assistant, you will work on care and support tasks for residents every day. We also work on developing operations, including quality councils and activity councils. Your mission is to make each day as good as possible for those living with us, as well as for your colleagues. We are each other's work environment in our residents' homes. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in elderly care, where your primary tasks are to provide secure and safe personal care and support. You will support the elderly in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing users with high-quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed upon in the implementation plan. This includes, among other things: • Personal care and support • Utilizing the user's own resources • Activation and social interaction with users, including outdoor activities • Serving meals • Laundry and cleaning in user's apartment • Documentation according to Social Services Act • Medication delegation • Collaboration with nurses (e.g., wound dressing) QUALIFICATIONS You have a nursing assistant education or equivalent training or experience. We consider previous experience in similar operations as meritorious. Additionally, it is important that you can handle digital journal systems and have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish. Advanced training in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, or multi-sick elderly is advantageous. To thrive with us, it is essential that you enjoy working with people.
