The Intelligence Service is Part of the Agency's Security Organization and Works to Collect, Compile, Evaluate, and Analyze Information to Support Decision-Makers, Managers, and Other Clients within the Organization with Decision Basis. The Assignment Includes Environmental Analysis, Internal and External Collaboration, and National and International Cooperation on Security Issues.
We are Now Seeking an Intelligence Specialist Based in Malmö.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Primary Tasks Will Include Intelligence Gathering Through Communication and Dialogue, as well as Documentation, Processing, and Reporting of Collected Information. The Work is Performed to Assess Inmates from a Risk and Security Perspective in Close Dialogue with Supervisors and the Work Group.
The Work is Characterized by High Security Awareness and Varies Between Planned and Event-Driven Tasks, Requiring Flexibility and Personal Responsibility. You Will Handle Multiple Cases Simultaneously, Quickly Adapt to Changes, and See Opportunities in New Situations.
Your Communication Skills, Humility, and Interest in People are Crucial. You Distinguish Between Personal and Professional, Work Systematically, and Drive Processes Forward. You Show Commitment, Follow Decisions, Goals, and Guidelines, and Contribute to a Positive and Developmental Work Environment.

We are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
• Relevant University Degree or Other Education Combined with Experience Deemed Relevant by the Organization
• Several Years of Relevant Work Experience in Creating Trustful Relationships
• Class B Driver's License
• Ability to Express Yourself Well Verbally and in Writing in Swedish
• Good Proficiency in Various Data Systems
