**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an intelligence operator at VO Huddinge, your main tasks will involve gathering, compiling, assessing, and analyzing information to improve the risk and security assessment of inmates. You will work closely with the local security function on assignments formulated at local, regional, and central levels. You will have responsibilities beyond your immediate workplace, which means you will spend part of your working time at other facilities. Travel with overnight stays may occur.
Your tasks will also include collaboration with external authorities. The intelligence operator is expected to actively and independently produce intelligence products within their area of responsibility, meeting both local and central operational intelligence needs.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone with an interest and commitment to information security as well as security and intelligence issues. You possess strong analytical skills and take responsibility for your tasks to achieve the desired results. Your decisions are based on accurate assessments, and you always act with the best interests of the organization in mind. Given that you will have numerous contacts, both internally and externally, it is crucial that you have strong collaboration skills and understand the importance of maintaining good professional relationships in all contexts.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Completed upper secondary education in the form of a final certificate or diploma.
- Several years of relevant work experience in the field of intelligence or similar.
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
- Good IT skills.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Education in intelligence operations.
- Well-documented service in a dedicated intelligence function, in a processing or analysis role.
- Experience from the operations of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service or another part of the justice system.
- Relevant higher education, preferably in political science, technology, law, or pedagogy.
- Experience in internal and external collaboration and good knowledge of the missions of cooperating authorities.
- Particularly advantageous is experience working with relational databases for intelligence purposes.
- Other relevant language skills in addition to Swedish and English.
