Job Description: Intelligence Analyst at Army Staff
One of the Army Staff's focus areas is building the new army. An army that emphasizes field capabilities and restructures existing units. In parallel, the Army Staff leads units both nationally and internationally. The Army Staff develops and manages war units and subordinate organizational units comprising units and schools.
These combined responsibilities, alongside establishing the Army Staff as a cohesive and unifying force, make the tasks highly diverse, developmental, and dynamic. Position Offering
As an intelligence analyst, you will work to understand current events and potential future scenarios. The position offers an opportunity to influence Army decision-making both short and long-term for those capable of extracting relevant information from large data sets. The position is open to civilian applicants.

Qualifications Required
- Completed military basic training
- Relevant academic degree, preferably in social sciences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Class B driver's license
Preferred/Meriting
- Previous analytical work experience
- Prior experience with the Swedish Armed Forces
- Experience with Defense Force work in ISUS
Personal Characteristics
The ideal candidate can quickly process large amounts of information, distilling key elements with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a holistic perspective. The role requires a team-oriented approach without individual ego.
