Job Description We offer you a challenging and varied work at our physician's clinic where you can experience the charm and breadth of general practice and potentially envision a future in primary care. As a junior doctor with us, you will receive regular supervision and opportunities to participate in training with other junior doctors. We have a good work environment appreciated by our employees and patients. As a new employee, you'll receive comprehensive introduction and strong support in daily work. A resource physician is available every day for guidance. Work Team Our center includes physician's clinic, specialist nurse consultations, nursing consultations, child healthcare, psychosocial competence, podiatry, and laboratory. Collaboration and good atmosphere between different professions are our guiding principles. We serve both rural and urban areas. We are currently well-staffed with district nurses, nurses, and nursing assistants. Additionally, we have healthcare administrators, CBT therapist, and a rehabilitation coordinator supporting the operation. We also manage child healthcare, are responsible for a 40-bed nursing home, and provide medical supervision in municipal home care. The building also houses physiotherapists and occupational therapists with whom we collaborate to provide the best possible care for our residents. About You We seek candidates with Swedish medical degree or Swedish medical license (to be attached to application). Experience in Swedish primary care is meritorious. You must have Swedish language skills equivalent to level C1. As you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, excellent Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required. Personally, you are self-confident and have good collaborative abilities. You demonstrate good judgment and communicate clearly. It's also important that you are unpretentious, eager to learn, and view constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work.
