AIM consists of an internal medicine ward, an intermediate care ward, and a specialized coagulation clinic. We are in a development phase where we work to meet both current and future healthcare needs. We are a training clinic where junior doctors, specialized training doctors, and rotating specialist training doctors pass through. Job Description
The position involves junior physician work primarily on our internal medicine ward, but also at the coagulation clinic and anticoagulation clinic. Observation at the intermediate care ward will also occur.
Work Group
We care for patients with acute internal medicine conditions. Work happens in close collaboration with nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists – characterized by an open climate where we learn from each other every day.
About You
We are seeking a licensed physician or someone who has completed medical exams and is awaiting licensure. You have good Swedish language skills and strong communication abilities.
You thrive in teams, are positive, curious, and contribute to a good work environment. Experience in internal medicine is meritorious, but most important is your desire to develop together with us and contribute to providing our patients with safe and professional care. We place great importance on personal qualities and your ability to collaborate.

This is a locum position from January 2026 to autumn 2026, with potential adjustment of end date by mutual agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
