Our Offer Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers and 4 emergency centers. The Lambohov health center has approximately 11,700 registered patients and serves both urban and rural areas. We conduct a broad primary care operation that includes everything from emergency care and planned outpatient work to child health care and elderly care. We often work in teams with district nurses, psychologists, dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, medical administrators, and child health care nurses. We hope you will be interested in the breadth of the specialty of general medicine and consider a future in primary care. As a junior doctor/ licensed physician with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training alongside other doctors. Together, we will design an introduction based on your needs. Work Group We have about 43 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate. The health center includes a medical practice, specialist nurse clinics, nursing clinics, child health care, psychosocial competence, podiatry, and a laboratory. We are also responsible for several elderly care facilities. About You We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical degree or Swedish medical license (to be attached to the application). Furthermore, you should have Swedish language skills equivalent to level Swedish C1. Since you will be in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other services, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you are self-assured and have good collaboration skills. You possess sound judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are humble, curious to learn new things, and view constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work.
