Work hours are primarily arranged in 2-shift schedules, but 4-shift or day shifts may also be possible.
What You Will Do
As a maintenance technician, you will work operationally close to production, preventing and addressing operational disruptions in machines and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and actively contribute to identifying and implementing improvement measures to increase operational reliability. You will collaborate with operators and other functions to ensure smooth and high-quality production. You are an important knowledge carrier who is eager to share your expertise with colleagues and co-workers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
· Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
· Participating in projects, improvement work, and renovations as needed.
· Documenting completed work and reporting deviations according to procedures.
· Collaborating with colleagues and operators to spread knowledge and ensure optimal operation.
· Contributing to a safe, efficient, and inclusive work climate.
You and Your Skills
To succeed in the maintenance technician role, we seek someone with a technical high school education and experience in electrical, automation, or mechanical fields, with good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. You are experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting, and your technical curiosity and initiative mean that you not only solve problems – you prevent them and see opportunities for improvement.
You are responsible and safety-conscious, flexible, and able to handle rapid changes. You are a humble team player who enjoys collaboration but can also take individual responsibility and drive issues forward. Your willingness to contribute commitment and knowledge is central – both for your own development and to strengthen the team around you. Experience with automated assembly equipment and/or CNC machines is desirable. Knowledge of Siemens control systems, ABB robots, Vision, or mechanical renovation is meritorious.
