Work Tasks
After thorough on-site training, you are expected to work independently on various aspects of large-scale pharmaceutical production.
A selection of work tasks:
• Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and restore equipment, document work, and work on eliminating root causes of wear
• Problem-solving using Lean tools
• Collect data, analyze, improve, and eliminate recurring component failures
• Participate in improvement work and develop activities based on conducted analyses
Working Hours
A 5-shift system applies at this workplace. The job is suitable for those who enjoy working early mornings, evenings, and/or nights, including some major holidays.
Requirements
• Ability to start at 06:00 in Södertälje
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High school competence with technical orientation, preferably with a focus on control technology and/or mechanics
• Documented experience with TPM-related tasks
• Good initiative and ability to generate ideas and independently solve problems
• Accustomed to and comfortable working at a high pace in a demanding and developing environment
• Good ability to engage in dialogue and express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English
Meriting
• Previous experience with maintenance work in clean-classified rooms (RKC environment)
• Electrical and/or automation experience
