At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you will use your electrical and technical expertise, develop in the role of Maintenance Technician, and work with advanced production equipment in a high-paced industry.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will become a crucial part of our Supply Chain team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. We have one of Europe's most advanced beverage facilities, where we blend and bottle some of the world's most popular drinks. You will ensure our production equipment is kept in top condition, with the role primarily focusing on electrical maintenance – from identifying and addressing downtime to replacing or repairing components to maintain stable production. You will work both preventatively and with urgent interventions, often using connection diagrams and other documentation to locate and solve problems. When needed, you will also contribute to mechanical maintenance of our machines.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting & repair of electrical and technical production equipment
• Preventive & corrective maintenance to ensure high operational reliability
• Administration and reporting of completed service and problem resolution
• Optimization & improvement of technical processes
• Supporting and training colleagues and operators in operator maintenance and technical equipment supervision
• Design changes and updates of documentation and software
Your colleagues will be operators and other technicians, and you will report to the line operations manager. The role involves two-shift work, which means alternating between morning shifts 06:00–14:10 and afternoon shifts 14:05–22:30, with Friday shifts 14:05–21:30. Our facility is located in Jordbro, south of Stockholm, where production, warehouse, and offices are on the same site.
Who Are We Looking For?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about problem-solving, electrical work, and troubleshooting, and wants to work in a technically broad and varied role. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of electrical safety and experience working with voltage safely
• Component knowledge – sensors, frequency converters, contactors, relays, motor circuit breakers, safety circuits, etc.
• Ability to read and understand connection diagrams
• Knowledge of measurement techniques – using multimeters, current clamps, and insulation testers safely and correctly
• Ability to replace and repair electrical components
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and good English skills
