We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance planner for a long-term consulting assignment at our client Trafikverket.
- Scope: Full-time 100%
- Start: Immediately
- Duration: Until 09-30-2027, potentially longer
You will be employed by Poolia but will work on-site at Trafikverket in Luleå.
About the Position
This is a hybrid role - Administrator/Economist
You will work with planning and coordination of the maintenance plan. This includes receiving and interpreting instructions, structuring work, ensuring the quality of submitted documentation, and conducting continuous follow-up. You will be the central point of contact for those ordering and executing projects. In the planner role, you will have daily contact with project teams, provide support to managers, and closely collaborate with controllers.
Primary Work Tasks
Examples of responsibilities:
• Planning and coordination of the maintenance plan
• Managing existing and upcoming internal orders
• Reviewing action descriptions and attachments
• Structuring work, ensuring quality of submitted documentation, and conducting continuous maintenance plan follow-up
• Receiving and interpreting instructions, creating and coordinating needs lists
• Analyzing and following up on measures/assignments and orders, and proposing decisions
• Participating in financial follow-ups
• Providing management support, training, and improvement work
Who Are You?
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent, especially Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Higher education in economics or with a technical orientation, or equivalent education combined with at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of relevant financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, etc.)
Merits:
• Experience with business monitoring/business planning
• Work experience in contract performance follow-up
