We are currently seeking employees for positions in maintenance planning. The responsibilities mainly consist of maintenance planning and preparation of components within the Swedish Armed Forces' aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aerial systems, ground equipment, and personal pilot gear. This work is conducted in the Swedish Armed Forces' maintenance system Fenix and Saab's maintenance system AMMS, which is based on the software Maintenix. Your profile The job involves collaboration with various departments and business units within the company, as well as external contacts. Therefore, you should be outgoing, driven, and accustomed to taking your own initiatives. Desired qualifications: * Upper secondary education in fields such as technology or administration, or vocational training/college studies in a relevant area such as logistics, engineering, or aviation engineering. Alternatively, relevant work experience. * Good social skills * Interest in teamwork and strong collaboration abilities * Administrative skills - sense of order * Flexible * Problem-solving and responsible It is advantageous if you have training and/or experience working with maintenance planning and interpreting maintenance directives. Experience from technical and/or administrative work with helicopter systems, JAS 39 Gripen, or other complex aviation systems, whether military or civilian, is a plus. Documented experience in matters concerning continued airworthiness (CAMO) is also advantageous. Good command of English, both spoken and written. The position involves work that is subject to defense confidentiality. Therefore, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance conducted by an authority. The department of CAMO and Logistic Services consists of three sections and has approximately 80 employees located in Linköping, Arboga, Såtenäs, Järfälla, Luleå, Växjö, and Uppsala. We work, among other things, on customizing maintenance information, operational follow-up, system administration, and logistics planning, as well as developing governing routines and regulations for our customers' maintenance operations. Our main customers are the Swedish Defence Materiel Agency (FMV) and the Swedish Armed Forces (FM). The department also engages in larger projects within Saab.
