About the Assignment We are seeking a structured and committed Maintenance Planner who wants to contribute to an efficient and well-functioning public sector operation. The assignment aims to support the organization in the planning area during a temporary vacancy. In this role, you will become an important part of a team working with planning, follow-up, and quality assurance of maintenance plans and financial processes. The assignment will begin as soon as possible, no later than December 1, 2025, or from the time the contract takes effect. End date: September 30, 2027. The position is full-time. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance plan. You will function as a central point of contact between clients, project teams, managers, and controllers. The work involves: • Receiving, interpreting, and following up on instructions. • Structuring, reviewing, and quality assuring documentation and attachments. • Managing existing and upcoming internal orders. • Creating and coordinating needs lists and following up on actions, assignments, and orders. • Participating in financial follow-ups and analyzing results to provide decision-making support. • Contributing to management support, training, and improvement work in the area. The assignment involves close collaboration with multiple functions in the organization, and you will play a central role in ensuring that the organization's processes are efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated. Your Qualifications • Higher education in economics or with a technical orientation, or equivalent education combined with at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles • Knowledge of relevant financial systems (such as Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, etc.) • Good skills in MS Office or equivalent, primarily Excel • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meriting Factors • Experience with operational follow-up/operational planning • Work experience in contract performance monitoring What We Offer You As a consultant with Bemannia, you will receive: Close contact with your consultant manager | Opportunity for more exciting assignments | Experience at educational workplaces where your competence makes a difference | Secure employment conditions About the Application Apply for the position by clicking "apply" below.
