To meet future requirements for technical availability and sustainable production, we are now seeking more committed employees for our maintenance department. We are looking for those who can contribute with their technical breadth, as well as those with specialized expertise in specific areas. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in maintenance, we offer an environment where you can develop, influence, and make a difference – every day.
What We Offer
We are currently seeking both Maintenance Engineers for our Reliability Team and for Projects (R&M Engineers). Here, you will play a central role in optimizing technical availability and maintenance economics for our facilities. You will work in an environment where technology and people meet to create future technical solutions with a focus on operational reliability. We offer you the opportunity to work cross-functionally with colleagues from different parts of the organization on improvement work and procurement projects. You will have the chance to influence our results and develop alongside competent colleagues in an inclusive climate where everyone's voice is heard.
What You Will Do as a Maintenance Engineer
As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for operational reliability and maintenance costs within your area. You will plan and follow up on maintenance activities, lead and/or perform improvement projects and complex troubleshooting. You will serve as a technical reference for equipment procurement and modification, and actively contribute to training efforts and knowledge sharing.
The role also involves:
· Establishing and following up on maintenance plans and ensuring key performance indicators according to SLA are met.
· Implementing improvement activities to enhance operational reliability and cost-effectiveness.
· Leading and performing complex troubleshooting, improvement projects, and extensive renovations.
· Establishing and maintaining contact networks with internal and external parties regarding service, spare parts, and supplier agreements.
What You Will Do as an R&M Engineer
As an R&M engineer, you will work in all project phases – from concept to delivery – focusing on operational reliability and maintenance economics. You will review technical solutions, follow up on investments, and ensure they are operationally reliable. You will maintain close contact with suppliers and project groups, contributing your technical expertise to create long-term value, serving as a crucial link between technology, production, and project management.
The role includes:
· Driving maintenance aspects in various project phases to ensure optimal operational reliability.
· Compiling equipment performance requirements and engaging in dialogue with suppliers and project participants.
· Participating in design reviews, risk analyses, and machine and equipment delivery inspections.
· Coordinating and conducting training initiatives for the maintenance organization.
· Ensuring that maintenance approaches, documentation, and spare parts preparation are current and accessible.
· Potential travel within and outside Sweden for supplier contacts and study visits.
You and Your Skills
We are looking for candidates with at least vocational high school education in relevant electrical or mechanical fields, with several years of work experience in maintenance. You should have good knowledge of high-automation production processes or CNC manufacturing, as well as maintenance standards and maintenance systems. You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and are analytical with experience in improvement work. Experience in procurement projects is merit.
We seek individuals who are responsible and have a high safety awareness, which is crucial in all our roles – whether working on troubleshooting in production or setting requirements in projects. You are flexible and able to handle rapid changes, often required in an environment where technology develops quickly and priorities can shift. You are someone who enjoys collaboration but also takes personal responsibility and likes to drive issues forward. Your willingness to contribute with commitment and knowledge is central – both for your own development and to strengthen the team around you. You have an inclusive attitude and a positive approach that contributes to a pleasant and professional work environment.
