We are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our team. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and developing our ongoing maintenance work. You will work both strategically and practically to ensure our properties maintain high quality and long-term functionality.
The role primarily involves:
• Planning, coordinating, and following up maintenance efforts in Incit Expand
• Designing and project managing renovation and expansion projects
• Establishing and monitoring budgets
• Preparing and managing building permit documentation, primarily for renovations and expansions
• Collaborating with customers, contractors, and internal functions
• Learning to interpret and apply Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• Working in AutoCAD with drawing documentation and technical documentation
• Managing our framework agreements for construction
Your Background/Characteristics
We are seeking someone with a technical education in construction, at vocational or university level. You have experience in technical work within construction, property management, or maintenance, and you are proficient in CAD work – preferably AutoCAD. Experience in project management and budget responsibility is meritorious.
