Sylvamo Nymölla mill is located 20 kilometers east of Kristianstad in Bromölla municipality. The mill produces pulp using the magnefit method and uncoated fine paper. Multicopy is our most recognized product. The production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper.

**About the Role**
As the Maintenance Manager for the paper mill, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for leading and developing our teams in automation and mechanical workshops. You will play an important role in ensuring high availability, technical development, and sustainable maintenance operations.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop the maintenance department in close collaboration with production, engineering, and external suppliers.
- Plan, budget, and follow up on maintenance activities.
- Ensure that the facility meets safety, environmental, and high availability requirements.
- Drive improvement projects and implement new technology.
The Maintenance Manager for the paper mill reports directly to the company’s Facility and Maintenance Manager.
**Who are You?**
We are looking for a confident, structured, and goal-oriented leader with a strong focus on safety. You have a coaching leadership style, good communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach. You enjoy creating order while also seeing opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications:**
- Post-secondary education (minimum 4 years) in automation (electricity, control, and regulation technology) and/or mechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Complete authorization (level A according to the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency’s specifications) is advantageous.
- Several years of experience in maintenance work in an industrial environment, preferably within process industries.
- Experience with maintenance systems, preferably SAP PM.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
