About the position
Skum Biltvätt is in an expansion phase and is now seeking a technician who will play a central role in ensuring operational reliability and the daily functionality of the facility. The role includes both technical maintenance and direct customer support.
Skum Biltvätt operates facilities for washing both heavy and light vehicles. Everything from large trucks with trailers to articulated buses and smaller transport vehicles is washed here, which means a varied and technical work environment.
Your main responsibilities
• Repairs and preventive maintenance of technical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and actions during operational disruptions.
• Technical support and problem-solving in direct contact with customers.
• Administrative tasks such as managing customer accounts and access systems.
• Supervision of the facility's technical environment with a focus on safety and functionality.
Who are you?
Qualifications:
• Experience in technical maintenance work and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong customer service skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• B driver's license (required).
Meritorious:
• Previous experience in technical roles within operations, maintenance, or industrial service.
• Experience with automated facilities or car wash systems.
• Background in technology, workshops, transport, or customer-facing technical services.
