Work Tasks You will become an important part of the maintenance team and will work with: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment • Improvement, design, and project work • Efficiency enhancement and development of maintenance operations • Collaborating closely with colleagues in the maintenance department and production to ensure stable and efficient operations. Qualifications • Technical background or equivalent education • Several years of experience in service and maintenance work, preferably in the food industry • Knowledge of welding and electrical work is meritorious • Experience in mechanical processing is considered an advantage Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: • Detailed, flexible, and initiative-taking • Service-oriented and comfortable with both independent and team-based work • Solution-oriented with an ability to identify improvement opportunities You share Orkla's values – brave, inspiring, and reliable.
