A month ago, we had the privilege of recruiting two new stars to the maintenance team at Nobia Park, and now we are looking to expand the team with an additional member. As a maintenance technician at Nobia, you will have the opportunity to help establish a state-of-the-art maintenance function in a highly automated and innovative production environment. You will be part of a team of approximately 10 people who work together to modernize, streamline, and optimize all aspects of the maintenance processes. Welcome to join us on this journey!
**About the Role**
As a maintenance technician, you will work operationally with significant responsibility and contribute to ensuring the highest possible operational reliability, availability, and production capacity. You will achieve this by performing maintenance activities according to established routines and schedules while actively participating in improvement efforts.
**Examples of Responsibilities and Tasks:**
- Preventive maintenance of electrical/mechanical equipment
- Corrective maintenance with troubleshooting of machines and equipment
- Maintenance of property and infrastructure
- Participate in responsibility groups and continuous improvement efforts
**Who Are You?**
To succeed in this role, you have a fundamental understanding of the function and purpose of maintenance and enjoy problem-solving. Relevant education is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and practical experience. We are looking for someone with specialist expertise in either electrical, mechanical, or both areas, and we seek the following skills for the different focuses:
**Electrical Focus – Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical drawings (required)
- Experience with electromechanics and power electronics, e.g., frequency converters (required)
- Experience in industrial automation or similar (preferred)
**Mechanical Focus – Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Good knowledge of handling the most common workshop machines in a maintenance workshop (required)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (required)
- Measurement techniques with commonly used measuring instruments (required)
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics (preferred)
As a person, we are looking for someone who thrives in a cross-functional team and is a team player who contributes to a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable workplace. You have the ability to think "outside the box" based on stakeholder needs and possess an open mind, think creatively, and are eager to share your knowledge. Requirements for the position include fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English. Forklift license, Hot Work certification, overhead crane license, and lift license are preferred.
The working hours are daytime with a rolling 10-week evening schedule.
