Maintenance Technician in Markaryd

Your Responsibilities - Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency interventions. - Work with preventive and ongoing maintenance and improvements. - Carry out installations and supervision of machine equipment. - Identify and address maintenance needs and participate in technical projects. - Contribute to a safe, efficient, and reliable machine park. - Support colleagues on matters related to machines, methods, and work processes. - Ensure that planned maintenance efforts are carried out according to schedule. - Participate in long-term improvement and development work. - On-call duty is included. Your Background/Characteristics - Technical education at high school level or equivalent experience. - Practical experience in maintenance work. - Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, and welding. - Good skills in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have knowledge in electrical technology or control engineering, and if you have completed a boiler operator training. Additionally, experience with CMMS and/or EAM systems is an advantage, as IFS Ultimo is used. We Offer In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a technically advanced and developing workplace with high tempo and short decision-making paths. The workday is varied and includes both urgent and planned tasks. One week you may work with corrective maintenance, handling repairs, alarms, or ensuring production quickly resumes after an unplanned stop. The next week, the focus may be on preventive maintenance, planned actions, or upgrade projects.
