Your Playing Field
You will become part of a group of 15 people responsible for service, maintenance, improvement work, and project participation in building 921. We are a responsive and driven group that enjoys working together with strong team cohesion. We work with the vision that no failures should occur due to inadequate maintenance.
Your Role
As a maintenance technician, you will contribute to high technical availability of production and process equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance and by proposing and implementing improvements together with service engineers, operators, and machine suppliers. You will be our link to securing operator maintenance and analyzing equipment failure developments and trends. Work hours are scheduled in 5-shift rotations.
Your Main Tasks:
• Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting and restoring equipment, documenting work, and working to eliminate root causes of wear
• Problem-solving using Lean tools
• Collecting data, analyzing, improving, and eliminating recurring component failures
• Participating in improvement work and developing activities based on conducted analyses
We Require:
• Technical high school diploma, preferably with a focus on control technology and/or mechanics
• Documented experience with TPM-related tasks
• Good initiative and ability to generate ideas and independently solve problems
• Comfort working at a high pace in a challenging and developmental environment
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Meriting Factors:
• Previous experience with maintenance work in clean room environments
• Electrical and/or automation experience

• Ability to collaborate well and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner
