Maintenance Technician

You will play a crucial role in ensuring stable and reliable production. As a maintenance technician, you will work closely with the entire maintenance organization to ensure stable production operations. You will collaborate closely with our maintenance and production departments. You will help prioritize maintenance needs within the factory and share responsibility for implementing agreed-upon actions. Main Work Tasks: • Troubleshooting and urgent actions and problem-solving • Preventive and ongoing maintenance, repairs, and installations • Provide the organization with specialized mechanical expertise • Mount, maintain, and operate machine equipment • Participate in technical projects and improvement work • On-call duty every 6 weeks We are seeking a self-driven problem solver with broad competence, who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys working both independently and in teams. On-call duty occurs every 6 weeks, with a maximum one-hour response time to our factory in Eslöv. We are looking for someone interested in working permanent night shift, 2-shift, or day shift only. This is a permanent full-time position with a probationary period. We are also seeking industrial electricians for permanent night shift, 2-shift, or day shift. Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting and performing urgent actions • Problem-solving • Installation and repairs • Preventive and ongoing maintenance, improvement work, supervision/inspection, and repair work • Assessing maintenance needs and addressing problems • Providing specialized mechanical expertise • Participating in technical and maintenance improvement projects • Contributing to a developing and safe work environment and reliable machine park • Ensuring a person and operationally safe facility • Assisting with machine park, methods, and working approaches • Ensuring corrective and preventive maintenance activities are carried out as planned • Mounting, maintaining, and operating machine equipment • Participating in long-term improvements regarding machine installations Qualifications: • Technical education at high school level or equivalent • Practical experience in the professional field • Experience with: - Pneumatics, machine processing, and welding • Good computer skills and language skills (Swedish and English) • Maximum one-hour response time to Eslöv • SAP knowledge is meritorious About the Company: Orkla Foods Sverige AB prepares food and beverages in Sweden with love and care for people, seas, and land.
