We at Randstad are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented maintenance technician for an exciting assignment with our client, AstraZeneca in Södertälje. As a maintenance technician at AstraZeneca, you will be a key person in production. The work is organized in a 5-shift schedule, which requires your flexibility but also provides you with longer continuous time off. You will work in a team characterized by a fast pace and continuous improvements. Your main responsibilities will include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and documentation. You will work proactively to eliminate root causes of failures using Lean tools and data analysis, and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and resourceful in problem-solving, thriving in a demanding and fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you must have a technical high school diploma, documented experience with TPM-related work, and good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience in classified cleanroom environments and/or electrical and automation skills are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting and restoring equipment, documenting work, and working to eliminate root causes of wear
• Problem-solving using Lean tools
• Collecting data, analyzing, improving, and eliminating recurring faults in components
• Participating in improvement initiatives and developing activities based on conducted analyses
Qualifications
Requirements for the position:
• Technical high school diploma, preferably with a focus on control and regulation technology and/or mechanics
• Documented experience with TPM-related tasks
• Strong initiative and ability to generate ideas and independently solve problems
• Comfortable and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, demanding, and developing environment
• Good ability to communicate and express yourself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English
Meritorious
• Previous experience in maintenance work in classified cleanroom environments (RKC environment)
• Electrical and/or automation experience
