A Day in Our Life!
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring planning for maintenance stops, ongoing maintenance, and driving improvement work such as preventive and condition-based maintenance in consultation with the Maintenance Manager. The job involves extensive contact with suppliers and contractors, where you are responsible for ensuring sufficient resources are in place during maintenance stops. Another part of the work as a Maintenance Specialist is to troubleshoot, analyze, identify new technologies, and represent your area in various forums.
