About the position As a maintenance mechanic, you will be a key person in production. You will be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should through both planned and emergency preventive maintenance. The work involves troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing machines within machining and production, as well as contributing to reducing downtime and increasing availability in production. You will work closely with operators and technicians to find long-term solutions and improvements. Your main responsibilities - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the machinery - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues - Participate in improvement and efficiency initiatives - Contribute to the development of machine maintenance routines - Collaborate with production and technology to ensure operations Who are you? We are looking for someone with a practical vocational education and several years of experience in maintenance work within the industry. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Requirements: - Vocational education, preferably with a technical or practical focus - Several years of experience in maintenance - Driver's license (B) - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written It is highly advantageous if you have knowledge in CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding.
