ABOUT THE ROLE
Our maintenance organization is now seeking a maintenance mechanic who wants to become part of our corrective maintenance team. Our maintenance mechanics primarily work on corrective disruptions, urgent repairs, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Participating in various improvement projects to create a more efficient production is also a natural part of the job. Through technical expertise, you contribute to the team's mission - to increase and maintain availability, operational reliability, OEE value, and efficiency in production lines. As a maintenance mechanic, you will have many contact points and therefore need to enjoy working in close collaboration with other functions, especially production personnel. Our overall objective is stable production with good production conditions, where we are convinced that teamwork is the key to success.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with experience in qualified maintenance work in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on plastics and injection molding. Education in industrial or workshop technology is an advantage, but most important to us are practical maintenance skills. You should have a good understanding of technology and easily see mechanical connections. Experience with electrical/automation is meritorious. Maintenance work involves daily problem-solving and requires the ability to work systematically according to priorities. As a person, you are communicative, self-driven, and enjoy a varied workday. You take responsibility for solving problems and are thus a crucial resource for ensuring production runs according to schedule. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and interest in manufacturing who wants to be part of our journey towards future goals!
