About the Role
As a maintenance mechanic with us, you will be part of a team of 11 employees responsible for keeping our production facility in top condition. The role is central to ensuring operational reliability in our manufacturing process and that production can continue without interruption. You will work closely with production staff and electricians, providing a varied and developing workday.
On-call work may be required in this position, and work at heights occurs frequently.
Your Main Responsibilities:
We offer a diverse job where you will have the opportunity to work on both urgent interventions and long-term improvements. The role includes, among other things:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment in production
- Troubleshooting and repairs during operational disruptions
- Implementation of improvement projects to increase efficiency and operational reliability
- Planning and documentation of maintenance activities in our maintenance system
- Welding and mechanical work as needed
- Collaboration with production and the electrical department to solve technical problems
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Education in mechanics at the high school level or equivalent
- Experience in industrial production and mechanical maintenance
- Competence in welding (certifications are an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Basic computer skills
- A valid driver's license (B category)
It is advantageous to have experience in:
- Preventive maintenance work
- Forklift certification
- Working on technical development projects
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and bearing replacements
