About the Operation
Kiruna Malmförädling's mission is to refine ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are sorting, enriching, and pelletizing. The department consists of eight sections in total, with four of them being part of the main process and the other four being support sections for quality, technology and process development, material processes, and maintenance.

Your Role
As a maintenance manager, you have a central role in daily mechanical maintenance operations. You lead and coordinate both planned and emergency maintenance, prioritize work orders, and ensure the right resources are in place. The role includes daily management where risks and priorities are discussed, as well as ensuring the quality of completed jobs - both during operation and during maintenance stops.
You will have close contact with mechanics, planners, and preparers to create structure and efficiency. The role also involves being a key point of contact for external suppliers. You will become a key person in a team with a good atmosphere and strong collaboration, where work is largely planned but requires flexibility for urgent interventions.
What You Bring
You are a person who is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, with the ability to create order and prioritize in a varied environment. You enjoy collaborating and communicating with different functions and build good relationships both internally and externally.
We are also looking for someone with:
- High school education
- B driver's license
- Good Swedish language skills, verbal and written
- Experience in maintenance operations
- Experience with IFS (meritorious)
