About this role
We are now looking for a solution-oriented and forward-thinking Maintenance Coordinator who wants to help develop our maintenance work in a modern and technologically advanced production environment.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a central role with responsibility for planning and coordinating our maintenance efforts. Through close dialogue with department managers, technicians, and purchasers in the maintenance department, you will ensure that the right resources and materials are in place and that our service stops are carried out as planned. You will work closely with the maintenance team and external suppliers and play an important role in improving our working methods and routines. The role also includes leading meetings before and after service stops, updating our maintenance system Maintmaster, and being the point of contact for our service providers. You will work in our factory in Smålandsstenar, where approximately 25 employees are engaged in maintenance, together developing our technical production environment and contributing to stable and sustainable operations.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience from the industry. You have previously worked with maintenance and are accustomed to handling both technical and practical issues. You have a good understanding of machinery and maintenance processes and are experienced in working with maintenance systems. If you have also held a coordinating role in the past, it is an advantage.
As a person, you have a knack for seeing the big picture and translating plans into practical implementation. You work in a structured manner, have good foresight, and are meticulous, while maintaining a focus on solving tasks efficiently. With a solution-oriented approach, you handle both planned and unexpected situations with calmness and clarity. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, sharing your knowledge, and actively contributing to a work climate where improvements are a natural part of everyday life.
Do you want to make a difference in an organization where technology, sustainability, and development are at the center? With us, you will have the opportunity to influence both daily operations and how we shape the future of maintenance. We look forward to hearing from you!
What We Offer
With us, you get more than just a job; you get a chance to influence the future. We offer a workplace where sustainability is an integral part of everyday life, where we celebrate successes together, and where you can help shape an industry in transition.
