JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a maintenance technician with us, you play a central role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable production process. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance, production, and other support functions. Your primary responsibility is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. In your daily work, you will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during operational disruptions. You will participate in the planning of maintenance activities together with the maintenance manager and production team, as well as document completed work in our maintenance system. Examples of tasks include: • Performing planned and corrective maintenance on machines and production equipment • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults, sensors, transmitters, and control systems in collaboration with electricians and production staff • Diagnosing, repairing, and improving technical systems to minimize downtime • Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment • Actively working to develop routines and improve reliability and safety By always focusing on safety and quality, you contribute to stable production and a safe working environment. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, we believe you have a technical background, for example, from secondary or post-secondary education in electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or mechatronics. You do not need to be a trained electrician, but you should have a good understanding of electrical systems, control, and components in an industrial environment. Previous experience in maintenance work within the manufacturing industry is an advantage. Furthermore, we believe you have strong troubleshooting and repair skills, preferably in both mechanics and electricity, as well as basic IT knowledge. You are proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English. As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to understand technical relationships. You work in a structured and meticulous manner while also being able to act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
