ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT ALBIN COMPONENTS RESPONSIBILITIES As a maintenance technician with us, you play a central role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable production. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance, production, and other support functions. Your primary responsibility is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. In your daily work, you will identify, troubleshoot, and address technical problems that arise during operational disruptions. You will participate in maintenance planning with the maintenance manager and production team, and document completed work in our maintenance system. Examples of tasks include: • Performing planned and corrective maintenance on machines and production equipment • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical-related issues, sensors, probes, and control systems in collaboration with electricians and production staff • Troubleshooting, repairing, and improving technical systems to minimize downtime • Assisting with equipment installation, commissioning, and modification • Actively working to develop routines and improve reliability and safety By always focusing on safety and quality, you contribute to stable production and a secure work environment. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in the role, we believe you have a technical background, such as from high school or post-secondary education in electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or mechatronics. You do not need to be a certified electrician, but you should have a good understanding of electrical systems, control, and components in an industrial environment. Previous experience in maintenance work within the manufacturing industry is meritorious. We also believe you have good skills in troubleshooting and repair, preferably in both mechanics and electrical systems, and basic IT knowledge. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to understand technical connections. You work systematically and carefully, while also having the ability to act quickly and effectively in urgent situations. Your safety awareness is always present, and you thrive in an environment where collaboration, communication, and taking responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.
