You will work closely with our experienced sales team, initially supporting them and gradually taking over customer responsibility for smaller accounts. You will be responsible for the entire order flow – from first customer contact to delivery – ensuring everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with the highest quality. You'll have daily contact with our customers primarily in Germany but also in Sweden and internationally, using your German language skills to create strong and long-term relationships. 🏢 About Us Titanium Gateway is a growing international company specializing in storage and sales of titanium products such as sheets, rods, and tubes for demanding applications in aerospace, medical, and defense industries. You'll have colleagues in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Lithuania, and the UK – and become part of a company with a strong corporate culture where we believe in giving our employees the freedom to grow and take initiative – together we build the future of Titanium Gateway. ✨ Your Primary Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries, order registration, and follow-up in the business system. - Prepare quotes and price proposals in collaboration with the sales team. - Provide first-class service to customers in German, Swedish, and English. - Coordinate deliveries in close dialogue with production, warehouse, and customer. - Responsible for invoicing and associated administration. - Document customer contacts and business events in the CRM system. - Support the sales team with reporting, statistics, and order flow analysis. 👤 We're Looking for Someone Who - Has a high school education, preferably with a focus on sales or administration - Has at least 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service - Speaks and writes German fluently – daily business communication is a central part of the role - Has good knowledge of Swedish and English - Is familiar with business systems and thrives in a structured environment - Is meticulous, service-oriented, and engaged – passionate about creating satisfied customers and process order We place great importance on your personality and attitude.
