ABOUT THE POSITION
Currently, our client's support team consists of German, Swedish, Polish, Danish, and Finnish-speaking support agents working together to provide the best possible service to our client's users. Our client is growing and needs to expand the German part of the support team. The need is long-term, with shifts primarily during weekdays but weekends may also be possible. The role is flexible, allowing you to work from anywhere and is not tied to an office. To be considered for the position, you must be available to work at least 20 hours/week.
As customer support, you will primarily respond to German, Swedish, and English customers' questions in our client's web-based support system. This may include questions about service functionality, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. You will have pre-prepared email templates for the most common questions to help you respond to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to incoming questions regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Are studying at post-secondary level with at least 1 year remaining, or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
- Can work at least 20 hours/week
- Have previous experience in service-oriented work
- Have excellent German, Swedish, and English skills, both verbal and written, as all external communication will occur in these languages
Meriting Factors:

* Excellent knowledge of Polish, Finnish, Danish, and/or Norwegian
