Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individualized support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will uphold the client's autonomy and dignity, contributing to a smooth daily life.
About the position
The role of a personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and recognize what needs to be done.
We are currently seeking someone who meets the following criteria:
• Wants to work with a young man in his 20s residing in Haninge
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has good physical fitness to perform heavy lifting
• Does not smoke during working hours
It is also advantageous if you have:
• Experience in similar work
• Experience with tube feeding
• Experience with ventilators
• Experience with cough machines
• Experience with ceiling lifts
• Enjoy playing video and computer games
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Working hours, employment level, and salary:
The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts." The positions involve work during the day every other weekend. You will work Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 14:00.
The hourly wage will be agreed upon, and other compensation will be in accordance with the collective agreement.

By agreement.
