What we do and want
At Njupkärr Preschool, we work in an area where diversity creates a fantastic atmosphere in our groups of children.
With us, you will be offered scheduled reflection time and networking meetings. We have a collegial network in the municipality where we strive to create an equitable preschool in Tyresö.
Our preschool is undergoing a transformation process focused on developing aesthetic and content-rich environments linked to our ongoing project. You will be offered participation and the opportunity for significant influence. You will thrive with us if you believe in children's inherent capacity to acquire knowledge in challenging contexts. You have a strong belief in children's participation, which means that every child has a voice that makes a difference in the operation.
About the position
Your main responsibilities as a preschool teacher with us will involve organizing and leading the pedagogical work forward based on systematic quality work, as well as conducting project work for learning and exploration together with children and colleagues. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for creating challenging and creative environments and an operation that enables lifelong learning.
In your approach, it comes naturally to see all children positively. We continuously work on our approach and strive to be present in our interactions with children, colleagues, and guardians. We want you to be a good representative for our area and share your knowledge, engagement, and participation with your colleagues. The position is a fixed-term employment with a full-time monthly salary of 100%, starting from January 26, 2026, until June 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher and hold a preschool teacher license. You have the drive and desire to develop and advance the operation. You possess good leadership skills, are communicative, and have a sense of the whole. You need to be solution-focused and have a positive attitude towards the assignment. You have previously worked on projects with children and have experience using pedagogical documentation as a tool in everyday life, where computer and IT skills are essential. You need to express yourself well in both spoken and written language.
As a person, you are independent, proactive, and have good collaboration skills. You are loyal to the operation, and creating strong relationships is a skill you possess. You are clear and stable in your leadership, and with your perseverance and empathetic ability, you contribute to the development of the operation.
