We Are Seeking Team Leaders for Our Agile Teams
As a leader of our agile teams, you will primarily function as a Scrum Master and serve as the team's servant leader. You will act as a central point of contact with other teams and stakeholders, and guide the team in continuous improvement efforts.
Working closely with the delivery area will be a crucial component in achieving the right business effects together with the team and delivery area. At the Swedish Customs Service, we want teams to be self-organizing and collectively commit to their tasks. Are You the Candidate We're Looking For?
• Experience with agile work in IT industry teams/projects. Teams work on both new development and maintenance assignments
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent education/experience. Expressing yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish and English comes naturally
• The team leader role is not full-time, meaning you will also contribute to team work. Therefore, we seek a technical IT competence foundation – preferably with experience as a requirements analyst/tester, alternatively as a developer or other IT-related work
Additional Merits:
• Experience leading an agile IT team
• Knowledge of JBOSS, Jenkins, and Java
• Experience in testing, test management, and requirements work within agile development
