About the Position The role involves taking responsibility for planning, leading, supporting, and following up work related to developing and managing positions, roadmaps, delivery plans, and development work for which a specific delivery area is responsible within Swedish Customs' development portfolio. The role also includes responsibility for: • Ensuring the delivery area has the right capacity and capability for both short-term and long-term needs • Preventing and eliminating potential obstacles to achieving desired work • Visualizing the development area's capacity, capability, and forecast • Ensuring the delivery area works efficiently and applies continuous improvement • Budget follow-up • Making forecasts and resource planning with product owners and relevant departments • Directing, leading, and coordinating work between delivery teams within the delivery area as needed • Maintaining regular contact with suppliers You will work closely with the delivery area management, as well as management from other delivery and development areas. We consider it important that you are professional with agile leadership and good team player skills. Your leadership qualities will be highly valued. It is natural for you to plan, prioritize, complete, and achieve results. You handle risks and challenges ongoing and transparently. You are skilled in financial management and change management and can manage different stakeholders' needs both internally at Swedish Customs and externally. We are seeking candidates who have: • Post-secondary education in IT or other education/experience we deem equivalent • Experience working as a team leader, including responsibility for development, testing, and product quality • Experience as a project manager, assignment leader, delivery area manager, or other leadership role in IT • Experience with agile development methods • Ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish Additional qualifications that are meritorious: • Electronic archiving in public sector organizations Personal Characteristics We are looking for a natural leader with great interest in leading in an agile organization.
