About the Position
We are seeking someone who enjoys independent and responsible work and wants to support the organization in scheduling and application of collective agreements and local agreements.
Your primary work areas will include:
• The Schedule Planner is responsible for creating and managing work schedules based on operational needs in daily operations.
• Create and register schedules and working time changes for different staff groups.
• Ensure appropriate staffing based on operational needs and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage absences, update schedules for sick leave, time off, parental leave, etc.
• The Schedule Planner shall consider availability, competencies, and working time regulations to ensure working hours comply with collective agreements and legislation. Working Environment Act, Working Hours Act, and current collective agreements.
• Register working time changes, time shifts, and overtime as requested by the deciding manager.
• Pre-approve compensation cases and leave requests for personnel in the organization, which the manager then finally approves.
The Schedule Planner, together with the manager, is responsible for ensuring that reported schedules follow applicable laws, collective agreements, and guidelines. They also ensure that schedules are reasonable and meet working time rules for rest, recovery, and work environment regulations. Schedule Planners also collaborate with managers to ensure schedules meet operational needs based on reported needs analyses.
We are seeking candidates who have:
• Completed high school education with approved grades in Swedish, English, and Mathematics.
• Experience applying state working time agreements.
• Knowledge of labor law and working time laws and agreements.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Office package, especially Excel.
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
It is meritorious if you have:
• Relevant academic degree or vocational education in personnel management, social sciences, economics, law, or equivalent professional experience that the employer deems appropriate.
• Experience working with working time issues in a 24/7 organization.
• Experience with working time scheduling.
• Experience conducting training.
• Experience working in the personnel and payroll system Heroma.
